RIGA- An international arbitration court has nullified a highly disputed digital TV agreement between a British firm and a state-owned Latvian company, ruling that the former should pay nearly $7 million to the latter. The Stockholm International Arbitration Court ruled that the agreement on developing digital television in Latvia between Britain's Kempmayer Media Limited was void from the moment it was signed, or on Nov. 14, 2002.
