Graffiti has become an organic part of the contemporary culture and it is important to discuss it as a part of our heritage and culture, not as some fringe artifact. Â
The festival will include lectures, discussions, creative workshops and exhibitions with graffiti and stencil artists. Visitors are invited to watch a large-scale painting of "Crash" by eight artists from throughout the Baltic countries.
