After a foiled terrorist attack in the United Kingdom, the Tallinn Airport has upped security measures, although passengers will still be allowed to board aircraft with their hand baggage, Eesti Paevaleht reported. "The efficiency of passengers' hand and machine search has been increased. The measures have been strengthened, but on considerations of security we cannot say what exactly we check," Tallinn airport air security chief Illar Vaks said. "The additional measures do not change very much but the likelihood of the manipulation of passengers increases," Vaks said.
