The Zemgale District Court on July 17 postponed the case dealing with the attempted bribery of Jurmala's mayor to Jan. 8 next year
The court ordered a psychiatric examination of the defendant Leonids Lasmanis, according to Egons Rusanovs, who is representing another defendant in the case, Gvido Hariis Volburgs.
Lasmanis himself did not arrive at court on July 17 due to his hospitalization, the court said.
