An index of European health services presented in Brussels suggested that the health care system in Lithuania was the worst in Europe.
Lithuania was ranked the lowest among 26 countries. The study, held by Health Consumer Powerhouse, was based on the accessibility of health services, patients' rights, medication availability, and recovery rates.
