Arnold Ruutel to support Serbia's integration to NATO and the EU

TALLINN 's On May 25, during the meeting with the foreign minister of Serbia and Montenegro Vuk Draskovic, Estonian President Arnold Ruutel expressed his support in Serbia's bid to join the European Union and NATO, BNS reported.
"Europe where both the Baltic and the Balkans countries have been able to realize their ambitions and make themselves heard can be held up as a model for the whole world," the president said.
The president and the minister also discussed Estonia's possible role in deepening the cooperation between Serbia and Montenegro and the EU.
In his turn, Draskovic requested Estonia's assistance to ease the EU's visa regime for Serbian nationals and provide Serbian youth with study opportunities at European universities.
