Lithuanian Supreme Court chairman limited

The Lithuanian Parliament on May 23 voted 64-1, with six MPS abstaining, to limit the powers of the Supreme Court chairman.
The new amendment, once passed will allow only judges to join the Court Council, while the chairman will have to be elected.
