Luxurious offices, apartments come to Riga

RIGA - The Estonian Real Estate company Manutent has acquired Latvia's Azenas Properties, which owns a primary lot in downtown Riga. Rene Rohtmets, a representative of Manutent Latvia, verified the deal with the Baltic News Service on April 28, adding that Manutent was planning to develop the property, which is located next to the central Hansabank building. According to Manutent marketing director Agnes Maripuu, an apartment bloc covering 40,000 square meters and a small office building will be erected in the 5,500-square meter property at Balasta Dambis 11.
