RIGA - The Estonian Real Estate company Manutent has acquired Latvia's Azenas Properties, which owns a primary lot in downtown Riga. Rene Rohtmets, a representative of Manutent Latvia, verified the deal with the Baltic News Service on April 28, adding that Manutent was planning to develop the property, which is located next to the central Hansabank building.
