Hanner takes on ambitious plans

VILNIUS - One of Lithuania's largest real estate developers, Hanner, is planning to invest 300 million litas (87 million euros) in Latvian residential and commercial buildings over the next four years. The company recently bought a seven-hectare plot of land in downtown Riga, where it plans to develop 75,000 square meters of apartments, 10,000 square meters of offices and 5,000 square meters of retail space.
