Report: racism in Russia 'out of control'

RFE/RL PRAGUE - The respected human rights organization Amnesty International has called on the Russian government to take decisive action and stem a wave of racially motivated attacks in the country. The report, entitled "Violent Racism Out Of Control," accuses Russian authorities of turning a blind eye to hate crimes.
