Former Estonian PM to advise Saakashvili

Mart Laar, the MP who twice served as Estonia's prime minister from 1992-1994 and 1999-2002, will take on a job advising Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili on necessary reforms.
The job will be funded by the United Nations.
Laar said he would be cooperating with the Estonian Foreign Ministry.
