As of May 9, the Latvian police had fined 59 fans and filed 47 reports on bad behavior of the World Ice Hockey Championship.
Police spokeswoman Ieva Zvidre said that nearly all reports were related to drinking alcohol in public places.
Five foreigners were among those 47.
