The Latvian Supreme Court on June 26 will hear a case against two men charged with the murder of an American missionary in Riga in 2004.
The Riga Regional Court found Karlis Magone and Ingus Smitkins guilty of murdering Drew Rush, 50 last October.
Magone had received 20 years in prison. Smitkins received 15 years.
