Blood runs cold

Robert Blake, the actor who first gained fame playing a killer in the original adaptation of Truman Capote's "In Cold Blood," unloaded to the Associated Press on March 19 about his life one year after being acquitted for an actual murder charge.

Apparently the 72-year-old actor, who has filed for bankruptcy and is now working as a ranch hand, is planning a comeback. "I'm not ready for a dog and fishing pole yet. I'd like to go to bed each night desperate to wake up each morning and create some magic."
