Nearly two-thirds of Latvians think food has gotten worse and more harmful in the last ten years, according to a new survey by TNS Latvija, BNS reported on March 20.
Sixty-five percent of those polled said food had gotten more unhealthy, while 23 percent saw no changes and 5 percent said it had gotten better.
In the rest of the EU, 28 percent said food had gotten worse, 29 percent saw no changes, and 38 percent said it had gotten better.
