Latvian firm develops ultra-modern apartment complex

RIGA - Kalnozols Celtnieciba, a construction company, recently signed a 2 million euro deal with real estate developer Puces Birzs, a subsidiary of Lithuania's AB Hanner, to construct the frames of a new apartment complex. Linda Sviska, a spokesperson for Kalnozols Celtnieciba, said the firm signed an agreement with Puces Birzs for constructing the frames of four nine-story apartments in the suburb of Purvciems.
