CIRCUS ON THE WATER
This is a real fantasia of laser show, magical music and circus art. Cirque de Soleil can stay back in Montreal and Vegas. The Circus on the Water is the only thing Riga needs. The performance will be held all March long in Riga Circus.

NEXT FESTIVAL
Thu 2 's Fri 3 's Next Festival, a celebration of video and film in Vilnius, was established to promote the film scene in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The event provides a much-needed forum for the Baltic filmmakers to get to know each other in an atmosphere of friendly competition. And with the Arsenals International film festival coming up this fall in Riga, there's still good film to come in the Baltics.
