VILNIUS, Feb 28 's A representative of the Lithuanian government left for Tel Aviv on Feb. 27 to continue talks with the troubled Russian oiler Yukos on the Mazeikiu Nafta refinery.
Saulius Specius is discussing a buyout of the refinery with Yukos executives and shareholders over a period of four days, according to Ekstra Zinios daily newspaper.
