French film giant Gerard Depardieu has said that his current movie would be his last.
The 56-year-old actor, who has starred in more than 130 films during a long and highly successful career, told Le Parisien he would "go out on a high" after filming "Michou d'Auber," a drama about the Algerian war of independence. But Depardieu's agent, Claude Davy, said he had heard such declarations for "at least a decade." He did add that it was true the actor was "increasingly tired of the movie business" and may do "one movie every three years rather than three every year."
