Fair organizers struggle to boost turnout

TALLINN - Hoping to boost attendence, organizers of the Baltic's biggest foodfair, FoodFest, have developed a new marketing plan. Despite the fair's recent drop in attendence, this year's event, which will be held in Tallin Nov. 2-4, is expected to attract 10,000 visitors.
