RIGA - Prime Minister Aigars Kalvitis stunned the business community when he said that it is unlikely that the state's stakes in Lattelekom and Latvijas Mobilais Telefons would be sold to TeliaSonera. "I think that such a deal will not be made, and the shares of both our companies will not be sold," the prime minister said in an interview on public television. TeliaSonera is currently a minority shareholder in both companies and has offered to buy both stakes from the government.
