VILNIUS - Lietuvos Telekomas, the country's dominant fixed-line telephone operator, said it is planning to invest over 10 million litas (3 million euros) in digital TV transmission networks. CEO Arunas Siksta said that the company would draw not only on its own experience when building a land-based digital television network but also on that of TeliaSonera, its majority owner.
