Polish housekeeper, Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz, says she only took out the trash and not his belongings when she worked for actor Robert De Niro.

The 35 year old houeskeeper was arraigned Friday, July 29 on charges that she stole jewelry and clothing from her famous boss. She faces one count of criminal possession of stolen property and one count of grand larceny for allegedly stealing, among other things, a pair of $95,000 earrings belonging to De Niro's wife.

Prosecutors claim that the stealing spree took place over a period of four years in the homes of several high profile stars and evidence seized from her home will be the foundation of their case against her. But the housekeeper's lawyer says that the evidence should not be admissible in court because police did not have a warrant when they searched her home. Turyk-Wawrynowicz remains in jail while she awaits trail.
