Mon 15 's Sat 20 's Annual music festival. The program of the Brigitta Festival will include a concert of Gregorian chants and improvisations; performances of Carmina Burana; the avant-garde Opera "Dialogue of the Carmelites" and multi-media performances.

AMBER STAR 2005
Wed 10 's Fri 12 's Sixth international TV music festival. Performers from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Poland, Sweden and other countries, will take part in this event where they will sing maestro Raimonds Pauls' songs. Many special guests, such as Cosmos, Nikol (Latvia), Lilija Ivanova (Bulgaria), Nikolaj Gnatjuk (Ukraine) will also perform.
The festival will take place at Dzintari Concert Hall in Jurmala.

CONCERT BY HONG KONG SINFONIETTA
Mon 8 's 19:00 - The Hong Kong Sinfonietta Orchestra was founded in 1990 and has over time become significant in the Chinese musical world. The orchestra has an extensive repertoire - from chamber music to symphonies, and from the baroque to the contemporary - including numerous commissioned works. It also boasts a rich Chinese orchestral repertoire, one that few orchestras in the world can rival. The concert will be held at Russian Drama Theater.
