TALLINN 's The Reform Party and Res Publica parties announced they would run on a joint list in the October local polls in the northeastern industrial city of Kivioli.
Rein Oselin, head of Reform's Kivioli chapter, said the alliance wants to instill more European thinking into the region and make a better push for EU funds.
A local paper wrote that the People's Union and some members of the Center Party were also considering a joint ticket.
