German exchange open to Estonian companies

TALLINN - Estonian public companies can now acquire a listing on major German city stock exchanges, thanks to the mediation of German brokerage firm Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank. The business daily Aripaev reported on June 9 that the development has made trade in Eesti Telekom (Estonian Telecom) shares, the country's blue chip stock, possible on a larger number of foreign markets. In Germany the stock can be bought and sold on the Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin-Bremen and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
