U.S. congress delegation to visit Lithuania

VILNIUS - A U.S. Congress delegation, led by Republican Party representative Jack Kingston, will pay a visit to Lithuania on Monday.

The Foreign Ministry announced that the delegation would meet with President Valdas Adamkus and Parliamentary Speaker Arturas Paulauskas in Vilnius.

In addition to Kingston, the delegation will include members of the House of Representatives -- Republicans Spencer Bachus, Bill Schuster, and Clay Show, as well as U.S. Democrat Party representatives David Scott and Tim Holden.

The meeting will address Lithuanian-U.S. relations, both countries' political priorities in the region, and international policy.
