TALLINN 's The foreign affairs committee on Friday removed its long-standing chairman, Marko Mihkelson, of the Res Publica party, in place of a MP from the Center Party.
The proposal made by deputies from coalition parties Center, Reform and People's Union was carried by a vote of 5-3.
The panel is going to elect a new chairman on May 2, and Centrist Enn Eesmaa is tipped as the new chair.
