Tues 5 's 19:00 - Estonia's top jazz singer Hedvig Hanson will first present her new CD named
"You Bring Me Joy" at a concert in the NO99 theater (3 Sakala St.) on April 5. Hanson, who has earlier received Estonian Music Awards, once again produced a mixture of smooth jazz songs in Estonian and in English. The new album is Hanson's second international release.
Doors open at 19:00, concert to begin at 20:00. Tickets 6 euros - 10 euros, available from Piletilevi and the theater's box office.
Riga Fashion Week
Thurs 31 - Sun 3 - "Riga Fashion week 2005" will bring the Baltic's latest style to the Latvian Capital. Designers from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Russia will present their pret-a-porter autumn-winter 2005/2006 collections. The show will take place in the Stock Exchange House, situated in Dome Square, the heart of Riga's Old Town.

Independence Day
Fri 1 - On Apr.1 the tiny republic of Uzupis, located within Vilnius central territory, will be bouncing with concerts, parades and guests - all in celebration of the Uzupian Independence Day. It is the only day of the year that Uzupian authorities stamp passports as people cross the bridge into the republic. President of Uzupis Romas Lileikis will commence the annual event with a public address in the central square. It's a day not to be missed.
