WHAT'S IN A NAME?: Jan Senkiewicz, a member of Lithuania's Parliament, said he wants the International Court of Human Rights to review the legality of forcing ethnic Poles to Lithuanianize their names in their Lithuanian passports. The announcement came after Lithuania's Supreme Court ruled in favor of the state, which requires all names to be written according to the rules of Lithuanian spelling and grammar.
