The Expat would like to clarify, in reference to its Nov. 11 community photos page "Uniting East with West," that the organizers of the Taiwan Province of China are trade and commercial representatives, not diplomats. Furthermore, there is no Republic of China, as was printed. We apologize to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Latvia for the mistake.
