TALLINN - Estonia's presidential elections may be more than a year off, but that has not stopped the public from chattering about the man they would like to see succeed Lennart Meri.According to a new public opinion poll, Moderate Party leader Andres Tarand leads the bunch, with 17 percent of those questioned supporting him for Estonia's top job.
