RIGA (BNS) - Latvia's totalitarian regimes crime unit has pressed charges against another former Soviet security official for connection with the deportation of Latvians during Soviet times.Nikolay Larionov, 79, was charged with organizing some 150 deportations in 1949, most against Latvian farmers.The prosecutor's office has asked for Larionov's arrest, but a Riga court has denied the request.
