RIGA (BNS) - A former NKVD official on trial in Latvia denies having taken part in genocide of Latvians and said various deportation documents with his signature are forged.Mikhail Farbtuhs admitted that he joined the NKVD shortly after the Soviet army entered the Baltic states in 1940.
