New poll suggests Latvians consider immigration EU’s greatest problem

RIGA - Citizens of Latvia, as well as other EU member states, consider immigration and terrorism to be the EU’s greatest problem, representatives of the European Commission’s Representation in Latvia have said citing a Eurobarometer survey. Asked to name the EU’s two most pressing problems, two-thirds of respondents in Latvia named immigration and 39 per cent mentioned terrorism.
