NUR-SULTAN - The unification of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the European Union, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) into a single integration network would benefit everyone and will become a reality at some point in the future, first Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the 4th Meeting of Speakers of the Eurasian Countries' Parliaments on Tuesday.

"An initial project announced at Moscow State University was that the European Union, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization could unite at some point and create a global integration network on the whole of the Eurasian continent," Nazarbayev said at the event's Greater Eurasia forum.

"Of course, it is difficult to talk about this today, but I am confident that the time will come, because it is beneficial for all peoples and all states of our subcontinent," he said.
