NATO-EU co-operation must become more practical - Estonian formin

Russian aggression in Ukraine and the migration crisis indicate that the European Union and NATO must intensify co-operation as well as redirecting it to a level of greater practicality, Estonian Foreign Minister Marina Kaljurand said.
