The municipality of Lithuania’s second city, Kaunas, has confirmed that month-long military exercises will take place in and around the city.
A military exercise will take place in Kaunas city and its surrounding area.
The exercises are aimed at improving communication in broad-range operations.
They will involve various units of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, U.S. Army troops, the Public Security Service, the State Border Guard Service and Kaunas police.
