Montenegrin President Milo Dukanovic to visit Latvia

RIGA - Montenegrin President Milo Dukanovic will arrive on an official visit to Latvia on March 11, the President's Chancery informed LETA.

During the visit, Dukanovic will meet with his Latvian counterpart Egils Levits to discuss Latvia and Montenegro's bilateral relations, cooperation within NATO, the European Union's integration and enlargement policies, and developments in Western Balkans.

Dukanovic will also participate in a flower-laying ceremony at the Freedom Monument and visit Adazi military base to honor fallen Latvian soldiers and meet with Montenegrin troops serving in Latvia as part of the NATO Enhanced Forward Presence battlegroup.

In conclusion of the visit, Dukanovic will visit the Museum of the Occupation of Latvia.
