Ministry to take steps to ensure hormone therapy for transgender people

The Lithuanian Health Ministry plans to take steps to ensure that transgender people have access to proper hormone replacement therapy and psychological counselling. The press release was issued after Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga met with representatives of the Lithuanian Gay League and the Human Rights Monitoring Institute.
