Ministry mulls making DUI drivers' names public

Lithuanian Transport Minister Rokas Masiulis says that the ministry considers making it mandatory to install ignition interlock devices in rental cars and publicly naming people caught driving drunk after several fatal accidents caused by drunk drivers.
