The Principality of Monaco, a tiny yet wealthy country, is home to about 50 Baltic citizens. The Baltic states and Monaco are linked by Monaco- Baltic States’ association, MBSA, the aim of which is to promote the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in Monaco, and develop friendly cultural, economic and financial relations. Franco Borruto, the president of MBSA, kindly agreed to answer The Baltic Times’ questions.
