RIGA - Valdis Zeps joins Maxima Latvija senior management team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

We are pleased that this high-level financial professional has joined the Maxima Latvija senior management team,” states Maxima Latvija Chairman of the Board Andris Vilcmeiers.
According to the structure of the business, the new CFO will oversee the management of the business’ financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, as well as accounting and IT.

Valdis Zeps has more than 10 years of experience in financial management and international business. Previously, Zeps worked for 11 years for Circle K, taking on various roles linked with financial management and spending the past six years in charge of the highest level of financial management and control at the business’ central European office in Oslo, Norway. Zeps received a Bachelor in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, Riga.
Valdis Zeps, Chief Financial Officer, is joining Maxima Latvija senior management team consisting of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Andris Vilcmeiers, Board Members - Chief Operating Officer Kristīne Āboltiņa, Chief Commercial Officer Viktors Troicins, and Chief Corporate Officer Jānis Vanags.
