Luminor Bank grants €900,000 in financing to APSA BŪVE

Luminor Bank has granted €900,000 in financing to the construction company APSA BŪVE. The financing package, which includes a guarantee line, a credit line and leasing, will be used to support the company’s working capital and modernise its vehicle fleet.

APSA BŪVE has extensive experience in the delivery of various public sector projects, including the renovation of administrative buildings and infrastructure improvement works. The company’s clients include several municipalities and public sector organisations, and its proven track record and strong references support further business development.

The company provides a wide range of construction services, including building construction, renovation and reconstruction, site development, paving, and the implementation of energy efficiency solutions.

In the construction sector, cash flow management is particularly important, as project timelines and payment cycles are often lengthy. The working capital will ensure stable cash flow while awaiting payments from partners for services provided, including construction design solutions, author supervision and construction works.
