TALLINN - The votes not cast for Social Democrat Eiki Nestor in the first round of this year's presidential election will lower the odds of success for Reform Party candidates Siim Kallas and Marina Kaljurand in later rounds, Estonian Prime Minister and Reform Party chairman Taavi Roivas believes.
"In the light of today's developments it seems that not only did Eiki Nestor's result worsen but also both Kallas' and Kaljurand's chances of being elected worsened," Roivas told the press following the first ballot round in the parliament.
