VILNIUS – Primary school children in Lithuania will start their winter holidays next week and 5-12 graders will have all of their classes online as of Wednesday, the acting Cabinet decided on Monday.
The resolution, which will take effect on Wednesday, instructs primary schools to close for winder holidays on December 14 through January 3.
This week, primary school children can continue to attend classes physically if their parents cannot work from home another arrangement cannot be made.
