Lithuanian president wants six-month rule for tax changes

VILNIUS – President Gitanas Nauseda believes that Lithuania should make it an official rule that any tax changes can take effect no earlier than six months after they are adopted, a presidential advisor said on Monday.  "The tax system must be stable.
