President Gitanas Nauseda says German investments in Lithuania have gained momentum lately and have a good growth potential, especially in the fin-tech and high-tech sectors. Nauseda discussed economic cooperation issues with Frank-Walter Steinmeier as the two presidents met in Berlin on August 15. Nauseda met German chancellor Merkel on the previous day.
