Lithuanian haulers looking to relocate to Latvia

Faced with a shortage of truck drivers and disruptions in logistics chains, Lithuanian haulage companies are considering moving their businesses not only to Poland, but also to Latvia, according to Linava, the national road carriers' association.  Linava Secretary-General Zenonas Buivydas said on September 24 that an increasing number of companies are relocating to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium due to the unfavorable environment in Lithuania, with Latvia being the newest destination.
