Lithuanian govt says CIA flights brought equipment for intelligence centre, not prisoners

CIA-linked aircraft transported to Lithuania communication equipment for an intelligence support centre that was being set up near Vilnius, not prisoners, a decade ago, the Lithuanian government told the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in a suspected secret CIA prison case.
